A race-team suit is cut closer and carries names and sponsors in the print. A fleet suit is cut with more room, carries one logo, and is built to be pulled on over street clothes by strangers all day.
Sublimation puts the design into the shell, unlimited colors, nothing to peel, right for team liveries. Embroidery puts a centre logo on chest and back at a stitch density that survives nightly washing.
Youth sizes are graded on a youth block; adult runs XS–4XL. A fleet needs more of the middle sizes and a replenishment path for them.
A team colorway follows the kart livery; a centre colorway is chosen to hide use and to read as the centre from the viewing gallery.

The outer layer is the abrasion-resistant polyester or nylon face: it takes contact with the seat, the steering wheel and the tarmac if a driver goes off. The second layer sits under it, bonded as one shell, so the suit keeps its shape through pulling on and off and does not cling when wet.
Stretch panels sit at the shoulder, where the arms reach forward to the wheel, and at the knee, where the legs are bent and braced for a full session. They are the only parts of the suit that give; the shell is cut to the driving position so it does not have to.

Embroidered logos on fleet suits are stitched at a density that survives daily machine washing, with a backing that keeps the logo flat on the shell; a sublimated design has nothing to peel, so the print outlasts the fabric. Size labels are woven and sewn in, not printed, so the size is still readable after a season of laundry. Zips are chosen to run after grit and sanitiser; the flap behind the zip protects the driver, not the zip.

Built from the booking pattern. The size range for a fleet is built from the centre's booking pattern: how many youth sessions, how many adult, and where the adults fall. Youth sizes are graded on a youth block, not shrunk from the adult one. A size-run set goes out before bulk, so the centre puts real drivers in real suits and moves the split before the order is cut.
Kept in stock from the archive. After delivery the pattern set and logo file stay archived under the centre name, so a replenishment of ten M and ten L in a year matches the fleet on the rail, and does not need a new sample.
