The glove matches the jersey. Custom motorcycle gloves from Run Moto Apparel are built with a goat-leather or synthetic palm, a knuckle-protector pocket and an optional touchscreen fingertip, colour-matched to the team kit or developed from a brand's tech pack.

Three buyers, three different first documents; the gloves are never the first thing ordered, and the page knows that.

Gloves that match the jersey and pants, ordered from the same roster with a glove size per rider, packed in the rider's bag with the rest of the kit.

A glove line developed from your tech pack or a reference pair, sampled in your core size, produced from 50 pieces per style with your label.

Own-label riding gloves in a size run, in store colors, to sit beside the jackets.
Palm, knuckle, fingertip and closure; the colorway comes after these
01Goat leather is the grip-and-feel palm for race and street gloves. A synthetic palm dries faster after washing and suits academy fleets and dealer runs.
02The knuckle-protector pocket takes a standard protector; an open knuckle is the light summer glove.
03Touchscreen fingertips on thumb and index for riders who use a phone on the bike; plain for race gloves.
04A short wrist strap for a summer or MX glove; a cuff that goes over the jacket sleeve for touring.
The reference table for custom riding gloves; the four decisions above tell you which row matters

A glove that is almost the jersey's red is worse than a black glove; the profile decides
One profile, two fabrics. The back-of-hand panel of a team glove is printed from the same saved color profile as the jersey, with a test strip printed on the glove fabric and laid against the jersey strip under a daylight lamp before the run starts. Because the glove fabric takes dye differently from the jersey mesh, the profile is stored per fabric, and both strips are filed under the team name.
Reordered alone. The glove strip is printed against the archived strip again, so the new gloves match the jerseys already on the riders. Leather and synthetic palms are colored from stock, so the palm color is chosen on the sample, not printed.

One piece of leather across the grip. No seam under the fingers where the bar sits.
Eight parts, each with a job; the branding sits on the back of the hand, never on the palm. The dark tiles are the two parts that touch the bar, and they are the two the acceptance checks come back to.
137The one construction detail that decides whether a glove feels like the bar or like a glove
One piece across the grip. The palm of a custom motorcycle glove is cut as one piece from the heel of the hand to the base of the fingers, so there is no seam under the fingers where the bar sits. Goat leather is chosen for this piece because it stays supple and takes the shape of the bar; the synthetic palm is cut the same way for fleets that wash the gloves often.
Reinforcement around, not through. A second layer is added at the thumb and forefinger, where the bar and the levers wear a glove first, and it is stitched around, not through, the grip area. A seam that crosses the grip is the first thing a rider feels after an hour on the bar, and it is the first place a palm splits, which is why the pattern keeps that piece whole even on the synthetic version.

Each variant has a case it fits; pick from the pairs or send us the use and we pick with you.

From the roster or the tech pack to the rider's bag; each station hands a checked result to the next.
01Glove sizes from the roster, or the tech pack read.
02Back-of-hand artwork placed on the pattern piece from the kit's profile.
03Back panels printed; palms cut in one piece from goat leather or synthetic.
04Protector pockets sewn; thumb and forefinger reinforcement stitched around the grip area.
05First glove of each size against the size sheet; gloves closed on a bar across sizes; every pair checked and paired.
06Team gloves into the rider's kit bag; brand and dealer gloves paired and bagged by size.
A glove a size too big lets the bar move in the hand; the roster asks for one number per rider
From the roster. The team roster asks for a glove size per rider, next to jersey size and pant waist and inseam. Riders between sizes are sized down, because a glove stretches to the hand and never shrinks to it. Youth riders are moved to youth sizes, not fitted with an adult XS.
From the size mix. For a brand or dealer run, the size mix comes from your sales history or ours for a first order, and a size-run set goes out before bulk. Moto gloves sell heaviest in M and L in most markets, so a first dealer run is weighted there unless your own history says otherwise, and the youth split is quoted separately.

Five checks a team manager or a brand buyer can do on the bar, without us in the room.

Closes without bunching between the fingers; no seam under the fingers on the grip.
The insert sits over the knuckles with the hand closed, not on the fingers.
Back-of-hand panel against the jersey sample and both strips, under daylight.
Strap or cuff closes over or under the jacket sleeve as specified and stays closed on the bar.

Touchscreen tips work on a phone, if specified; plain tips are plain.
One sales manager owns the order from the first message to the 7-day post-delivery window.

Team gloves travel with the kit; brand gloves travel as retail pairs
Team gloves are paired, tagged with the rider's name and packed into the rider's kit bag with the jersey and pants, so nothing has to be sorted at the truck on race morning. Brand and dealer gloves are paired, bagged, your label and hangtag on, and packed by size, in the carton split your warehouse asked for.
