Leather race suits made to measure from 1.1–1.3 mm cowhide, two-layer karting suits from 5 pieces, and multi-layer aramid fire suits. Cut and sewn in the leather workshop and the suit line, not printed.

Family 02 · three suits
Racing suits: leather, karting and fire-retardant, cut and sewn to the rider
Three suits, three constructions; none of them printed, all of them fitted.
Fitted, not graded. The leather suit is made to a measurement sheet, the karting suit to a youth-to-adult size run with a size-run set at the centre, and the fire suit to the roster. The three share the leather workshop and the suit line, and the three have the longest sample lead time in the catalog because a suit is fitted on a person before it is cut for the run.

The private label family. As a custom riding gear manufacturer for brands and dealers, we build this family on a shared base block: a brand that starts with a textile jacket, a jersey and a pair of gloves at 50 pieces per style keeps the same blocks for the second run, and the label, care label and hangtag are set at the sample stage so the first production piece is a finished retail piece.

Five lines that share one idea: everyone in the photo reads as one team, and a new member can be added later without a new design.
Roster first. Every line in this family starts from a roster with a name, a role or a number and a size per piece, and ends with a bag per person. The saved profile, the digitized badge and the signed size sheet stay on file under the team or club name, which is what makes a mid-season reorder of custom motorcycle apparel a fifteen-day job instead of a new project.

The process is the same whether the garment is a kart suit or a club tee; the checks change, the stations do not

Three-stage inspection on every order. Start-of-line on the first piece of each size, mid-line after the first 20 percent of the batch is sewn, and final on every piece. One sales manager owns the order from the first message to the 7-day post-delivery window, and a quality issue reported inside that window is repaired, remade or replaced, with the decision made within one business day of the issue being confirmed.

Graded, youth and measured. Sublimated jerseys, pants and club pieces run XS–4XL with youth sizes for the motocross jersey and pants and the kart suit. Leather race suits are made to measure from a measurement sheet. Jackets, gloves and touring shells run XS–4XL and are sampled in the brand's core size before grading. Every line ships a size-run set before bulk and travels with a signed size sheet through cutting, sewing and packing.
