A full back badge is one embroidered or printed field. Badge plus top and bottom rockers adds the club name and the chapter or city as curved bands above and below.

One badge, five fabrics
One badge, five fabrics: the club badge matched across every piece
A badge that is orange on the jersey and rust on the hoodie makes the club look like two clubs. Scroll the strip: one badge, five grounds.
Set up twice, then never again. For sublimated pieces, the badge artwork is profiled on the jersey mesh and the profile is saved under the club name. For embroidered pieces, the badge is digitized once at each size it will be used at, chest and back, and the thread colors are picked against the printed jersey strip under daylight, not against the screen. The digitized file and the thread numbers are filed with the profile.
Every piece pulls from the same file. A hoodie ordered in year three is embroidered from the same digitized badge with the same thread numbers; a jersey for a new member is printed from the same profile against the archived strip. Fleece, mesh, cotton and pique all take color differently, which is why the thread and the profile are set per fabric and then locked.

The member reorder pack
The member reorder pack: a new member's hoodie matches year one
Clubs do not order once; they order forever, one member at a time
Three things on file. After the first club order, three things stay on file under the club name: the saved color profile and the archived strip for sublimated pieces, the digitized badge and thread numbers for embroidered pieces, and the signed size sheet with the club's fit choices. Together they are the reorder pack. When a new member joins, the officer sends a size and a piece, and the piece is made from the pack: printed against the archived strip, embroidered from the same file, cut to the same size sheet. Repeat sublimated pieces ship in 15 days; a single embroidered hoodie or tee goes into the next run of that fabric.
Nothing changes by accident. A new officer three years on cannot order a slightly different badge, because the badge is not redrawn; it is pulled from the file.

Club night

Members order from a chart, not a fitting room; the chart has to be the club's own
One fit choice per piece. The club's size sheet is set on the first order: a relaxed hoodie and a riding-cut jersey, for example, written down and signed. Before bulk, a size-run set goes to the officer so members can try the sizes on at a club night and write their size next to their name. That roster becomes the order, and the size sheet stays on file for every reorder.
Same chart, year three. New members later order from the same chart. Because the size sheet did not change, a member who was an L in year one is still an L in year three, in the same hoodie.
